Transport Simulation Vibration Testing is designed for evaluating packaging materials, PC boards, and electrical products under simulated transport conditions.
Working Principle
The vibration tester operates similarly to a loudspeaker, where an electrical conductor moves through electromagnetic force within a magnetic field. Vibration is controlled by regulating the driving current, allowing precise control over the vibration generator.
Maximum acceleration is determined by current and loading conditions. At low frequencies, displacement is limited, preventing high acceleration levels. The moving element's resonance frequency is set above the operational range for optimal performance.
